ActsTalent management
Packed Out for talent management teams, entertainment agencies and creator management.
List every act you manage on Packed Out, free. Venues book them. You run it.
Free to join · Bookings start Friday 20 November
Every act. One place.
DJs, bands, hosts, creators and food trucks, all under one login. See who’s approved, who has requests waiting and who’s booked next, then switch to any act in one tap.
What you get
As many acts as you manage.
Any type, as many of each as you like. Every act gets its own page, prices and calendar.
You choose who’s paid.
For each act, payouts go to your agency or straight to the act. Acts set up their own Stripe, so you never see their bank details.
Your name on every page.
Venues see “Managed by” with your agency’s name. Requests, offers and bookings come to you.
Your commission stays yours.
Packed Out takes nothing from the price. The venue pays our fee on top.

Who it’s for
Questions
Do my acts need to agree?
Yes. You confirm you represent every act you add, and we approve each page before venues see it. We may ask for proof.
Can an act be paid directly?
Yes. Choose the act’s own Stripe for that page and we email them a link to set up payouts. You never see their bank details.
How do I take my commission?
Build it into the price you set for each act. Packed Out takes nothing from that price.
What does it cost?
Nothing for agencies or acts. Venues pay our booking fee on top: 15%, never more than £50.
Do creators on my roster still need 7,000 followers?
Yes. Every act on your roster meets the same rules as everyone else on Packed Out.
One of my acts already has a Packed Out page. Can it join my roster?
Yes. Email us and we’ll move it across once the act has told us they’re happy.
Who do venues talk to?
You. Requests, offers and booking notes for every act you manage come to your login. Everything goes through Packed Out, so contact details stay hidden.
