The deal,

Every job has one. Both sides see it and sign it off in the app before you pack your kit.
For you
The shot list can’t grow on the day. Your work won’t turn up in an ad or in print without your OK and a fee.
For the venue
You know exactly what you’re getting and when. If the files don’t arrive as agreed, you don’t pay.

What to charge
Priced by
the job.
You set your own price. If you’re not sure where to start, these are the usual ranges for the jobs venues book most.
Lunch is a perk, not your fee. Food on the day never replaces the fee.
Build in your editing. The time at the venue is only half the job.
Faster files, higher fee. Next-day delivery is worth more than a week.
Ads and print are separate. Only with your OK and a fee you agree.

Photo ranges based on UK freelance rates gathered by Wise from Bark and YunoJuno: food and lifestyle days of £400 to £600, events from £250 for half a day. Reel prices vary most, so price by how long the shoot and edit take you.

Email us and we’ll get back to you. Everything else, from posting a night to getting paid, happens in the app.
None. Joining is free, always. You only pay when you book: 15% on top of the act’s price, never more than £50. Food trucks are a flat £50.
When you accept a booking. We hold your money safely and only pay the act once the night’s gone ahead. If the night doesn’t happen, you get it all back.
That’s the Backup Promise. We find you a replacement. If we can’t, you get every penny back.
Every act’s profile shows reviews from other venues and what we’ve checked. Need public liability insurance or PAT-tested kit? Tick it when you post the night. Only acts who have it can say yes. Food trucks always need a hygiene rating.
Keep them. Bring them onto Packed Out and book everyone in one place, with the same checks and the same money held safely until the night.
If you can send a text, you can use it. Posting a night takes about a minute. The app walks you through every step.
No. No minimum nights, no monthly fee. Book when you want, stop when you want.
We work with pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels across the UK. Acts choose how far they’ll travel, so you only see people who’ll actually come to you.
Not always. Many ask for a meal or a stay. Some charge a fee too. What they’ll post and what they get is agreed in writing before they walk in.
No. It’s free to join and we take nothing from your fee. The venue pays us, so you keep every penny of your fee.
The venue’s payment is secured when they accept. It’s released once you’ve delivered the files you agreed and lands in your account within two working days.
No. Venues book you for your work, not your audience. If you also have 7,000 or more real followers, you can join as a creator too.
You do, unless you agree otherwise. You can use them in your portfolio too. The venue can use them on its own website, socials, booking sites, Google listing and emails. Ads, print and anything else need your OK and a separate fee, agreed in writing first.
Yes. You bring your own camera or phone, lighting and editing. Shooting Reels on a phone is fine, as long as your portfolio shows it.
Only if the venue asks. Some hotels and bigger venues do. Add it once and you can say yes to more jobs.
Whatever you both agree before the shoot: how many, which formats and by when. It’s in writing, so there are no surprises.
Agree it in the deal. Most include one round of small edits. A reshoot or a bigger brief is a new job.
Yes. You set your fee for each kind of job. Venues see it before they book you.
You need to be 18 or over to join. If you appear on camera with alcohol, you need to be 25 or over, as the UK advertising rules ask.
Yes. Mark the days you’re free. Venues only book you on those days. You can turn any job down.
Yes. Every booking stands on its own. If a venue loves your work, they can book you again. You’re never tied in.
Keep them. Invite them on and book through Packed Out, so the deal is agreed and you’re paid without chasing.
