The deal,

Every collab has one. Both sides see it and sign it off in the app before anyone sets foot in the venue.

For you

The brief can’t grow on the day. Your content won’t turn up in an ad without your OK and a fee.

For the venue

You know exactly what you’re getting. If the posts don’t go live as agreed, you don’t pay.

After the post

Proof it
worked.

The venue gets the first numbers two days after the posts go live, then the final report at seven days, once the Reel has done its work. The numbers come straight from Instagram, not a screenshot.

For the venue

You see who it reached, how many of them are local and what it cost per view. No guessing whether it was worth it.

For you

Good numbers get you asked back. Every report adds to your page, so the next venue can see what you deliver.

What venues see

Your page.
Your reach first.

Venues pick creators by who’s watching. Your page leads with your recent posts, then your audience, your fee and when you’re free. Every collab you do adds a review.

Local reach counts most

Venues see your followers and how many of them live nearby. A real local audience beats a big one. We check your profile is genuine once.

Always marked as an ad

Every paid post through Packed Out is marked #ad. It keeps you on the right side of the advertising rules and venues trust creators who do it.

What to charge

Your fee.
Your call.

You set your own price. If you’re not sure where to start, these are the usual ranges for a venue collab of 1 Reel and 3 Stories.

The meal or stay comes on top. It’s never instead of your fee.

More posts, more fee. Price each extra Reel or TikTok on its own.

Paid ads are separate. Only with your OK and a fee you agree.

Shooting for the venue instead? Content makers price the job, not the following. See their price guide.

  • 15k to 50kAmy’s here£100–£350
  • 50k to 100k£300–£750
  • 100k and up£750+

What puts you at the top of your range

  • Most of your audience is local
  • Lots of saves and shares

  • Posts live on the day agreed
Amy charged £150 for the Bar Lucia menu launch. It worked out at £3.11 per 1,000 views.

Ranges based on UK rate guides from Awin and Elev8or. Venue collabs sit lower than brand deals because the meal or stay comes on top.

Email us and we’ll get back to you. Everything else, from posting a night to getting paid, happens in the app.

None. Joining is free, always. You only pay when you book: 15% on top of the act’s price, never more than £50. Food trucks are a flat £50.

When you accept a booking. We hold your money safely and only pay the act once the night’s gone ahead. If the night doesn’t happen, you get it all back.

That’s the Backup Promise. We find you a replacement. If we can’t, you get every penny back.

Every act’s profile shows reviews from other venues and what we’ve checked. Need public liability insurance or PAT-tested kit? Tick it when you post the night. Only acts who have it can say yes. Food trucks always need a hygiene rating.

Keep them. Bring them onto Packed Out and book everyone in one place, with the same checks and the same money held safely until the night.

If you can send a text, you can use it. Posting a night takes about a minute. The app walks you through every step.

No. No minimum nights, no monthly fee. Book when you want, stop when you want.

We work with pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels across the UK. Acts choose how far they’ll travel, so you only see people who’ll actually come to you.

Not always. Many ask for a meal or a stay. Some charge a fee too. What they’ll post and what they get is agreed in writing before they walk in.

No. It’s free to join and we take nothing from your fee. The venue pays us, so you keep every penny of your fee.

The venue’s payment is secured when they accept. It’s released once you’ve posted what you agreed and lands in your account within two working days.

Yes. Every profile is checked before it can take an invite, so venues know the audience is real and genuine creators aren’t undercut.

They can repost it on their own feed. Using it in paid ads needs your OK and a separate fee, agreed in writing first.

At least 7,000 real followers to take invites as a creator. Not there yet? Join as a content maker instead and get paid to shoot for the venue’s own feed.

A photographer, videographer or Reel maker who shoots for the venue to post on its own channels. They’re paid for the work, so no following is needed. Content makers have their own page on Packed Out.

You need to be 18 or over to join. For any collab that shows alcohol, you need to be 25 or over, as the UK advertising rules ask.

Whatever you both agree before you go: how many Reels, Stories or TikToks and when they go up. It’s in writing, so there are no surprises.

Yes. You set your fee and what you’ll post for it. Venues see it before they invite you.

You agree what you’ll post, not what you’ll say. Your opinion stays yours. If something goes wrong on the day, tell us in the app.

Usually. Each invite says who it’s for, like dinner for two or a double room.

Yes. Mark the days you’re free. Venues only invite you on those days. You can turn any invite down.

Yes. Every booking stands on its own. If a venue loves your content, they can invite you back. You’re never tied in.
