- The Backup PromiseIf your act drops out, we find a replacement. If we can’t, you get every penny back.
- The Held-Safe PromiseYou pay when you accept a booking. We hold it safely and only pay the act once the night’s gone ahead.
- The Checked PromiseEvery act’s checks and reviews are on their profile. Need insurance or PAT-tested kit? Tick it when you post the night.

Yes. No tie-in, no card and no monthly fee. You only pay when you book an act: their price plus 15%, never more than £50 a booking.
When you accept a booking. We hold the money safely and only pay the act once the job’s done.
We find you a replacement. If we can’t, you get every penny back.
Yes. Set it as a house rule and every act has to upload their certificate before they can accept.
Yes. Every payment comes with a receipt you can download from Billing for your finance team. Packed Out isn’t VAT registered, so there’s no VAT on our fee.
Yes. Add your events manager, your food and drink manager and your marketing manager. Each has their own login.
You pick the dates, the room and what you’d like posted. The creator agrees it in writing before they arrive. You get a report with the numbers a week after.
Creators agree what they’ll post, not what they’ll say. Their honesty is why their audience trusts them.
The content maker keeps the copyright. You can use them on your website, socials, booking sites, Google listing and emails. Ads and print are agreed separately.
Yes. Birthdays, work dos, Christmas parties, anniversaries and weddings in your venue. Say what kind of night it is when you post. Only acts who play private parties or weddings see it.
No. Every booking stands on its own. Book once or every week.
No. It’s free to join and we take nothing from your fee. We charge the venue, so you keep every penny of your price.
The venue’s payment is secured before the night and released to you once you’ve played. It’s in your account within two working days of the night. If you’re booked at short notice, it’s three working days after the booking instead.
Videos and a set list, so venues can see you first. Venues say on each night if they need public liability insurance or PAT-tested kit. Add them once and you can say yes to more nights. Food trucks need a food hygiene rating.
Yes. You set your price, the areas you’ll travel to and the nights you’re free. Venues see your price before they ask.
Yes. Invite them on and book through Packed Out. You get paid on time, every time, without chasing.
No. Keep your own bookings and your agent if you have one. Use us to fill the gaps in your diary.
